Delay Analysis

When working with planning software, it is challenging to identify the critical path through completed or as built activities. To resolve this, Logic+ has been designed which uses advanced logic to automate the delay analysis process and the determination of the critical path. This is targeted at helping delay analysts work faster, to validate their findings and to analyse various critical activities but also for non-planners such as the contract managers, project managers or contract administrators.
